Unfortunately, we are not able to guarantee returns for all orders at the moment!!

We will look into each specific case and, if appropriate, we will either ship the item again or issue a full or partial refund (at our discretion, and based on our policies).
Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
We will need your order details, such as item purchased and receipt number. Proof of purchase is required in order for us to consider whether to issue a refund or re-ship the item. If you received a damaged item, we need you to send us a picture at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then notify you of our decision.
We might also offer a discount or a coupon in certain cases.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Returns are not allowed because of logistical reasons.
Given that returns are not accepted, please make sure to select the right size/color/type/model/product/variant or any other specific detail for your order. When you place an order, keep in mind that all sales are final. Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not accept and agree to be bound by all of the terms of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.
